Shenzhen University's special education expert Zhang Xiujuan gave a few suggestions. She said that training for handling children with disabilities should be provided to all teachers, giving extra compensation to teachers for the extra effort rendered and lastly imposing penalties on institutions who refuse to accept children with disabilities.
