Beyonce and her husband Jay-Z had the time of their lives as the songstress sang and danced to songs from their VIP seats at Britney Spear's residency show in Las Vegas over the weekend.

The power couple jetted to Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Friday to watch Spears' in a concert alongside other famous celebrities in the past like Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Selena Gomez and Sofia Vergara.

Showbiz insiders said the people in the concert hall went crazy after the power couple made an entrance minutes before the show started at the Axis concert hall.

"No one had any idea that they were coming. It was a huge surprise," an eyewitness told E! News.

Another concertgoer added, "We all thought the President or Britney herself had come out it was that crazy."

Reports said Beyonce started singing and dancing from her seat as Britney took to the stage and sang her hit songs like 'Baby One More Time', 'Ooops I Did It Again' and 'Stronger.'

Sources said Beyonce seemed like she was really having a great time from her seat. She was also spotted singing along Spears' hit song 'Me Against the Music.'

Spears reportedly announced in September that she had signed a new deal for an extension of her residency at the Axis. Already tickets are on sale now for shows through 2016.

"I'm not ready to leave Vegas yet! And I just really really love this show and this city," she shared with E! News.

She said that she has come to love Vegas and her dancers, band, and crew, who have become family to her. She added that she could not imagine ending her residency at the end of the year.

Earlier, Spears hinted that she might do a world tour in the future, sparking excitement among millions of fans across the world.
