A Weibo user on Sunday published an article online to share the story of his journey aboard China Southern Airline flight CZ6101 from Shengyang to Beijing.

In the article, the man states that he felt physically uncomfortable five minutes after departure. When the pain was getting more serious, he reportedly requested air crews to assistance.

"I felt very painful at that time. And I told an air attendant that I need an ambulance," the man said in the article.

The plane landed at 9:50 a.m. However, the gate did not open until 50 minutes later. The man coujld do nothing but to wait in pain. When the gate finally opened, the emergency group from a local hospital came to rescue the patient.

"Instead of assistance, the emergency officers and air crews quarreled over who should take me off the plane."

The ambulance reportedly failed to provide an emergency stretcher. They apparently claimed that the airline should be responsible for taking passenger off the plane. Southern Airline, however, objected and threw the responsibility to the emergency center.

The squabble lasted for several minutes and no one cared how the patient felt.

"I can not bear it and got off the plane without any help. All of the crews and emergency officer just watch with indifference," the man revealed.

This man's article about his experience has gone viral on social media. Many people have expressed sympathy with him and many others have criticized Southern Airline for their bad service.

Meanwhile, China Southern Airline has published a statement on its official Weibo account to apologize for the incident. But many Weibo users think the apology is insincere and do not buy it.
