Wooga games, a gaming company announces that the hit cartoon TV series 'Futurama' will be soon available in our mobile screen devices.

The game is being developed by the Berlin-based Wooga Games (the company is best known for a colourful but simplistic mobile game titles drawing such as Bejeweled and Puzzle Bobble.  The company also is popular for their slate of hidden object games.) and will be teaming up with Fox Digital Entertainment to make based on the original TV series called 'Futurama: A Game of Drones.'

Twin Finite reported that this game will allow the players to be part of the 'Planet Express Crew' as they battle against their rival MomCo. The gameplay of this game includes players to deliver dangerous cargo to hazardous locations under ill-advised circumstances.  This game involves puzzle solving and to be able to accomplish a certain task, players need to connect groups of delivery drones as they visit iconic locations from the original Futurama series.

The game will have an original story line which will be written by Jonathon Myers (Game of Thrones: Ascent), Dave Grossman (Secret of Monkey Island, The Wolf Among Us), and Patric M. Verrone, one of the writers from the show.

According to CNET, Greg Latham the company public-relations manager said that the game will be available for both iOS and Android, but he did not share the release date for the game at this time. Verrone, a former Futurama writer and executive producer will be taking the quality control for the game and also will be part in the game's development.

This is not the first time we will be able to play in Futurama's world (a 3D platform game of the same name hit the Xbox, PS2, and GameCube in 2003), but we will have to wait a while for another trip in the Planet Express ship.
