Just days after revealing her struggle with gestational diabetes related to her pregnancy, Kim Kardashian is facing another pregnancy problem.

"I've surrendered to the placenta issues and actually haven't been thinking too deeply about them lately. However, my latest concern is that my baby is breech, meaning he's in the wrong position for childbirth," Kim, 35, told E! News. "His head is still up and it's supposed to be down. He was supposed to turn by 32 weeks. So now, I will have to get a C-section."

But a Caesarian section may not be the only solution. Kim said she has been doing everything she can to make the baby turn.

According to the Pregnancy & Newborn magazine, there are ways to make an unborn baby turn. For example, synchronized swimming, which encourages pregnant women to swim, can lessen the effect of gravity allowing the baby to move freely. There are also psychological solutions including hypnotherapy, meditation and mental relaxation.

Kim has reportedly attempted some of the suggestions noted by the pregnancy magazine.

"I lay practically upside down three times a day for 15 minutes. I play music in the right position and ice my belly in certain spots to get him to squirm out of the breech position," she continued."I even started acupuncture where I burn moxa (mugwort) on my pinky toe every day! I am even attempting hypnosis!"

The reality star has approached Dr. Paul Crane, an obstetrician-gynecologist with expertise in giving birth to breech babies. But Kim said that if she needs to, she would have a C-section, although she'd rather not.

Kim is due to give birth to her and rapper Kanye West's second baby next month. The couple already have a two-year-old daughter named North.
