Singer Justin Bieber has apologized to his fans after cancelling two major events at the last minute for undisclosed personal reasons.
The 21 years old 'Purpose' singer cancelled his scheduled guest appearance at The Late Show With Stephen Colbert and backed out of a performance in The Thanksgiving Parade that will be aired on CBS without giving any reason for the abrupt cancellations.

Bieber tweeted his apologies to Colbert for his non-appearance at the show. "My apologies to @colbertlateshow as I won't be able to make it to NYC tomorrow for the show," he wrote. "I look forward to making it up to you soon."
Bieber apologized further to Colbert for "understanding the situation." He said there are times that life "kicks you in the butt" and one has to deal with it. The singer thanked Colbert profusely and promised that he will see him very soon.
Showbiz insiders say it is unclear how the recent cancellations will affect the singer's other scheduled performances.
CBS staff said the Thanksgiving Parade show will go on without the presence of the hearthrob. Hosted by ET's Kevin Frazier, CBS' Thanksgiving holiday special will feature the 89th annual Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, as well as performances by Broadway productions of Jersey Boys and Beautiful: The Carole King Musical. Several stars are expected to grace the parade such as Wayne Brady of the Kinky Boots, Renee Elise Goldsberry of the Good Wife, George Takei and Taylor Hill.
