(Photo : Kevin Winter | Getty images News) Adele's latest album '25' has been released on several pirate streaming platforms even as the singer is apparently asking for the record to be put out exclusively on Target.
Adele's new album 25 has not only become the fastest selling album in iTunes history, it also managed to dethrone *NSYNC from the top spot in single-week album sales.
The emotionally wrenching ballad "Hello", the artist explains, is not about any single person specifically as fans speculated. In fact, the artist explains that it's really about 'staying in touch with myself,' and 'yearning for the other side of me.'

So what are the stories behind her other songs that drive so much meaning for its listeners?
My Love (To Your New Lover)
While the tune was produced by Max Martin, known for creating some of Taylor Swift and Britney Spear's catchiest music, this particular hit in the new album is actually about a former love. It was originally titled "We Ain't Kids Anymore."
Water Under the Bridge
This one talks about a serious relationship that is moving on to the next level and getting frightened by it, Adele explains. Inspired by her real life love, Simon Konecki, the song then moves into how being in that relationship makes one realize that it is, in fact, the right one and how she tries to make it work and last for as long as she can.
Remedy
A song inspired by her son, Adele largely considers it a turning point in the making of 25 given that it was written and recorded in a day with Ryan Tedder, noting that making the ballad brought confidence back in her writing and made her believe in herself.
Sweetest Devotion
Another song inspired by the little man in Adele's life-fans will even notice how her son's voice was sampled in it.
Million Years Ago
The hitmaker waxes nostalgic with this particular song, which was a last minute addition to her album.
"I miss the air, I miss my friend, I miss my mother, I miss it when Life was a party to be throw. But that was a million years ago," she croons. It was a song she was inspired to write after she drove by a park where she and her friends used to hang out in, growing up.
