Pakistani Prime Minister Shabaz Sharif expressed his views on the untimely long march and protests in Islamabad during a meeting with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) representatives on Saturday.
The nation rejected those so-called revolutionaries because what they are doing is an act of conspiracy against the democratic system of the country, Daily Times quoted Sharif telling the PML-N elected representatives. He said the move will never succeed.

According to some reports, Sharif pointed out that the demand of a resignation from an elected prime minister is undemocratic and unconstitutional. The demand for a technocrat government is also a violation of court decisions, the Pakistani prime minister added.
The people of Pakistan know very well who is creating chaos and who is selflessly serving them and will not allow any allegations and confrontational politics to hinder the development process of Pakistan, Sharif said.
Some reports say that those long marches and protests are harmful to the Pakistan’s economic stability and the democratic system.
Sharif asked Imran Khan, leader of the so-called freedom march, to leave his stubbornness and stop the insincerity of protesting. Instead, Khan should urge the country to display unity to get out of the present dilemma it was in, Sharif said.
The solution to political crisis is through dialogue and mutual understanding, Sharif said during the meeting. He claimed that Pakistan’s future lies in democracy and not in making collusion with people connected to bank robberies and those who plundered national wealth during dictatorial regime.
The prime minister is confident that with the support of his fellow countrymen after serving them for six years, the conspirators will face humiliation due to their failed action against national interest.
