Irish singer Sinead O'Connor was found safe in Dublin by authorities after posting suicidal shout-outs on her Facebook account.

"I have taken an overdose. There is no other way to get respect. I am not at home, I'm at a hotel, somewhere in Ireland, under another name," O'Connor posted on her Facebook wall. "If I wasn't posting this, my kids and family wouldn't even find out. Was dead for another fortnight since none of them bother their hole with me for a minute. I could have been dead here for weeks already and they'd never have known."
The 48-year old singer/songwriter has been expressing her angst on Facebook.
She posted before on her Facebook page that she needs a job and place to stay.
"I am being treated so badly by my family that can barely manage to stay alive," she said.
In earlier weeks, she also posted the names of family members who she said have betrayed her.
Based on her Facebook posts, O'Connor frustrations came from family members and her disputes with her two ex-husbands. She is fighting for child visits of her children Yeshia Bonadio, 8, and Shane Lunny, 11.
She also has a 19-year-old daughter Roisin Waters and 28-year-old son Jake Reynolds, whom she cited as one reasons of her misery.
O'Connor is reportedly receiving medical treatment, according to Yahoo News.
In August, she underwent hysterectomy. She also claimed that she has been battling with depression for a long time.
O'Connor rose to fame during the late 1980s. Her debut album The Lion and the Cobra won a series of awards. She gained global popularity with her version of Prince's Nothing Compares 2 U.
