If the rumor turns out right, avid fans expecting iOS jailbreak will have to wait a little further till the release so they can get a copy of the jailbroken version.
Also, to be able to get a copy or to download the jailbroken version of the iPhone OS, users need to downgrade their OS to a lower version - the iOS 9.0.2. Unfortunately, the iPhone maker has recently ceased accessibility to the downgrade. According to Neurogadget, users who have already downloaded the 9.1 will have to utilize the existing version.
Moreover, Neurogadget reports that the new iPhone OS development has two vulnerability patches, which were used by Pangu in its jailbreaking of the OS.
Having said that, OS jailbreaking group TaiG and its team will need to locate another vulnerable points so they can crack the latest version. This may not be easy, but current technologies can provide them with alternatives.
For now, those awaiting the release of iPhone OS 9.1 will just have to rely on announcements from TaiG and Pangu, and rumors about iOS 9.1 jailbreak release date.
