Christina Aguilera and fiance Matthew Rutler just welcomed a baby girl.

Aguilera gave birth via C-section.

The couple's baby is Aguilera's second born. She has a 6-year old  son named Max from her first husband, marketing executive Jordan Bratman. The former couple was married for 6 years, until their divorce was finalized in April 2011.

There is no news yet regarding what name the couple chose for their daughter.

The 33-year old singer and Rutler announced their engagement and Aguilera's pregnancy earlier this year.

In a June interview with People magazine, the pop singer shared, "I'm really excited to meet our baby girl. This has been a very easy and enjoyable pregnancy."

Aguilera, is confident pregnant or not. She gladly posed nude for V magazine with her growing belly. 

"As a woman, I'm proud to embrace my body through all stages of life, staying fearless and confident in surrendering to the unknowns the future has in store," she said in her interview with V.

She also posted an adorable photo of her in the studio, with headphones around her stomach, writing that "Baby girl getting first listen."

It seemed that Aguilera and Rutler weren't the only ones anticipating the birth of their baby, Max was also said to be excited to be a big brother.

In a previous Twitter post, Aguilera uploaded a photo of Max shielding Aguilera's baby bump from the paparazzi. The singer captioned it with "Max already protecting mommy & his little sister! He's the greatest #maxthegreat."

A shower was also held in Aguilera's honor by her close friends and family.

The highlight of the baby shower was a cake which had the figure of a woman giving birth on rug that was on top of a hardwood floor. The head of a baby was poking out from her, as if she was about to give birth.

"Push Xtina, push," was written on the sweet confection.

A source close to Christina said that she is doing great and not tired at all. "She's really glowing," the insider shared.
