(Photo : GETTY IMAGES/ChinaFotoPress) Philip Lee is apparently giving up his playboy image as he plans to settle down with Myolie Wu.
Bride-to-be Myolie Wu comes to the defense of her fiance and speaks up to address the negative rumors that have been hounding the couple since news of their relationship broke out.

The negative flack that Lee has been receiving is due to numerous speculation that his networth isn't as substantive as his lady love. A shareholder at a night club, tabloid reports says that he only has a portion, one-fifth of the entire stock, and doesn't own property or a car.
Additional talk about Lee moving into Myolie's luxurious apartment in Celdecott Hill surfaced, painting the businessman in a bad light since the couple has only been dating for a few months. Since then, Lee has apparently taken over the household and has promptly kicked out Myolie's second eldest sister after he moved in. Reports also note that the Wu family prefers her ex-boyfriend, Bosco Wong over Lee.
After these reports surfaced, the self-conscious Lee was prompted to rent a lavish apartment that he could barely afford. The space allegedly costs $5000 a month.
Wu, however, was quick to defend Lee, saying that she "can't be bothered with those reports." She adds that both of them have their own property, but have been on the lookout for a home that the couple could share, regardless of whether they have to buy or rent.
When pressed about the couple's individual net worth, Wu asserts that she herself doesn't even know her own net worth; but stresses that "he has quite a substantive net worth" as well, given that running a club wasn't necessarily her fiance's main occupation and that he also runs and manages a successful headhunting company.
