Reality Kim Kardashian gave birth to her second child last Saturday morning, according to her official webpage via E! News.

 "Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West welcomed the arrival of their son this morning. Mother and son doing well," said Kardashian, as posted on her website and app.

Kardashian expressed problems of infertility in the past, as well as handling several health issues for her 'high-risk' pregnancy. All of these have been accurately documented in her website, according to MTV News.

The second time mother also had problems with the baby involved in a breech presentation.

Breech presentation is defined as the baby's buttocks are the presenting part in the womb. Kardashian revealed before Thanksgiving that she was considering her options to have a Cesarean section or an operative procedure that delivers the baby via a lower abdominal incision.

The 'Dash' entrepreneur instead chose to undergo external cephalic version, another procedure that physically manipulates the baby from the breech position to the normal position.

Kardashian revealed that the procedure was 'more painful than childbirth'.

"I have been very open and honest about my pregnancy struggles. This pregnancy, I'm definitely scared for my delivery, but trying my best to be hopeful and not stress too much,"said Kardashian.

The baby boy was due for delivery this coming Christmas but the delivery date was rescheduled at an earlier date because of Kardashian's health issues.

The 35-year-old reality star accurately documented the events that occurred prior to her labor, which served as a countdown to her delivery.

Kardashian posted a picture of herself via Instagram last Friday night, expressing her anticipation for her baby boy.

The 'Keeping up with the Kardashians' star again posted a picture that showed her holding hands with Kanye in a car, through her Twitter account last Saturday.

"He's here!" the caption read.

The newborn born baby boy has yet to be named.
