And yet another lip-syncing issue has been linked to the pop star Britney Spears. It was reported that Spears said she would not be doing the forbidden act on her "Piece of Me" show which was held at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas but witnesses say she was caught doing it for several times.

Witnesses revealed to RadarOnline.com that during Spears' performance of the song "Perfume", Sia's voice was heard by the audience meaning Spears was lip-syncing from the original track and was not singing live. Sia's voice was present in the acoustic version of the song which was released last January.

The audience were said to be disappointed of Spear's lip-syncing and sloppy dance moves. Those who were there reportedly paid a lot of money to see the pop star perform.

Adam Leber, Spear's manager, said in one of the interviews that Spears will put on the show that she always puts on. He added that it is virtually impossible to sing the entire time. He notes that Spears does sing on every song whenever she can but there is no way to dance and sing for 90 minutes straight. So are they saying that Britney indeed lip-sync on her performances?

On 2013, Spears was interviews by 104KissFM.com and she said that she is definitely singing live and that she always did. She noted that she does not sound great all the time but she will certainly do her best.

Also in 2013, Larry Rudolph, another manager of Spears told Billboard that Spears does choreography and vocal coaching every day. He added that they are trying to strengthen Spears' vocals and that is is very difficult for the public to fully understand what a performer does on stage. He noted that there is no single artist who goes on stage and does a full choreography at the same time singing the whole time. Rudolph ended saying that there might be numbers where Spears will just be dancing the whole time but there won't be any lip-syncing involved.

Spears has been involved in a lot of issues about not singing live on stage but no word yet from the singer herself about the latest controversial performance.
