Excited to watch "Star Wars: The Force Awaken"? Everybody can't wait to watch the newest episode of the famous "Star Wars" series. But here's an exciting information to all light-saber fans, Jar Jar Binks will not be appearing in the new film.

Who is Jar Jar Binks? The name may not ring a bell, but his appearance and character role in previous "Star Wars" films will surely let people remember him.

Jar Jar Binks annoyed many viewers by his ridiculous amphibious character. The character was introduced in 1999 film "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace". Binks is a talkative alien from the planet Naboo. He was a nuisance to the main characters, which earned him the most annoying film character of all time in 2006 poll. The director George Lucas intended to add his character in the previous films to provide comic relief.

J.J. Abrams, the director of the new film confirmed that Binks will not be part of the latest episode. Kathleen Kennedy, the producer also told the audiences during the movie's press conference, that the irritating Jar Jar Binks will not be gracing the newest installment.

Furthermore, the film-makers did not reveal more of what the audience will see in the upcoming movie. Aside from the Jamaican accent Jar Jar Binks, Kennedy also verified that Ewoks will not be seen too. Ewoks are the furry creatures from the episode "Return of the Jedi". The producer jokingly said that it was Harrison Ford's idea. Ford will star as Han Solo in the newest film.

"Star Wars: The Force Awaken" is one of the much anticipated films of the year. People are not only excited to watch the seventh episode in the famous sci-fi franchise, but arealso excited to watch the film without getting annoyed.
