The reigning NBA's MVP Stephen Curry was restricted to 29 points but the Golden States Warriors hardly missed a beat as Klay Thompson lights it up from beyond the arc with a season-high of 39 points to lead the team to 23-0...as the Warriors beats Indiana Pacers 131-123.

Golden States' winning streak matches LeBron James' Miami Heat's 27 consecutive wins in the 2012-13 season. Warriors now sits on a NBA record 23 wins with no lost start to the season, and it is the ballclub's 27th successive regular season win, dating back to last season, according to Fox Sports.

Thompson almost matched the NBA record for most threes in a game, hitting 10 treys - just two away with the record. The Other Half of the "Splash Brothers" was at his best in the first two quarters of the game connecting eight of his 10 attempts from the three point line to charge a 22-0 Golden State run that broke the game open.

According to CBSSports, Thompson shot 13 of 21 for his 39 points, with seven rebounds and six assists. He was forced to leave the game with an apparent ankle injury late in the fourth quarter.

Stephen Curry is 11 for 23 from the field, with seven rebounds, 10 assists and three steals. Andrew Bogut contributed 14 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks.

Pacer superstar Paul George finished the game with a team-high 33 points. CJ Miles added 24 points for Indiana.

Warriors win against the Pacers also puts the ballclub at 13-0 on the road for the season. The team is just six games away from matching the all-time record held by the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers, which is 33- game winning streak.

Before they return home, the Golden States Warriors will play against the Boston Celtics on Friday and the Milwaukee Bucks on Saturday. November Coach of the Month Luke Walton said that he would consider resting his players in the second game of that back-to-back and he is hoping that in the next game, Thompson will be healthy enough to play.
