Numerous "Thor 3: Ragnarok" spoilers indicate rumors about a female villain and Valkyrie joining the cast.

The next installment of popular movie series "Thor" is still more than a year away. However, speculation about it is already in full force, as per news reports by Christian Post. Titled "Thor 3: Ragnarok," the movie is expected to reach a milestone in the Marvel Film Universe, states The Latino Post.

It was reported that a female villain is expected to join the cast for the upcoming "Thor 3." The previous parts of the "Thor" movies featured male villains like Malekith and Loki. Hence, it will be the first time for the franchise to include a female villain.

The movie franchise also includes female super heroines like Jane Foster, Sif, Darcy along with Frigga. It will be awesome to see them go against a female villain.

And not only for "Thor", if the franchise gets a female villain, she will be the first villain for the entire Marvel Film Universe. However, Marvel is yet to make a formal announcement regarding the villain in the upcoming film.

There are a lot of speculations, of course, on who could the characters possibly be. Fans keep on discussing such things actively on online forums. Amongst these, the popular choices are Amora the Enchantress, Warrior Queen Knorda, The Queen of the Norns Karnilla, along with Norse goddess of death, Hela.

It is also rumored that another female lead is expected to join Chris Hemsworth in the upcoming film. It is further rumored that Valkyrie will be included in "Thor 3: Ragnarok."

Comic book writer Stan Lee said in his latest blog post that Valkyrie has been a key character in Thor mythos since the 70s, so it is only obvious to include her in the third movie of the series.

"Thor 3: Ragnarok" is expected to release on Nov. 3, 2017.
