It was near the M15 train station when the Beijing Nan Cai branch officers met her when she was selling the breakfast. She was pleased rather than panic and running away. She called the people staying around and said that the officers were going to advertise for her. However, she became emotionally excited when the officers gave her the ticket of 5,000 Yuan. She replied with a 5,000-word letter explaining the difficulties of her life, the self-design mobile breakfast store and how the foreigners handle the similar situation.
It shows that the young lady is different from other street vendors and they decide to discover more about her situation. It turns out that her characteristics is special that she likes to get into a dead end for almost everything, and does not know how to communicate with other people, according to her family. She changed many jobs after graduation and failed to stay for a long time. At last, she has to start her own business to make her life.
The officers learned about that she graduated from a nice university in Beijing, and designs her mobile breakfast car by her own from an auto tri-cycle, and obtained the national patent. The officers clarified the laws and regulations to her and tried to provide some ideas of her business, and helped her to contact the local Human Resource and Society Security Bureau to follow her situation. The young lady finally realized what was wrong about the business and was willing to accept the assistance.
"I thought people are selfish, and no one is willing to help. As a result, I rarely tried to help others, and then I have fewer and fewer friends. For me, everything is done by me; it is really hard and exhausted. I thought the officers will only ask for the fine. I never thought that they will read my letters and help me as much as they can." She already decided to consider the career plan carefully and try to make some changes in new life.
