Will Sookie get her happy ending or not? That is the final "True Blood" question.

On Monday, HBO released a preview of "True Blood's" final episode. Titled "Thank You," the episode will include scenes that will show Sookie and Bill's first meeting and how their love blossomed.

The final episode of the hit HBO show is expected to seal the fate of the ill-fated couple. During the show's second to the last episode, fans saw an adamant Bill who is firm in his decision to face his true death because he thinks that is the best where Sookie is concerned. Sookie, on the other hand, is also adamant to let go of Bill.

Aside from the couple, the sneak preview also shared hints on Eric Northman and Pam Swynford de Beaufort's mission.

Alexander Skarsgard, who plays the character of Eric, told Time in an interview that his character was "at his best" during the show's final season because Eric has "one clear objective" to take revenge.

The last episode will also see how Eric and Pam struggle with their partnership with Mr. Gus. Skarsgard said it's great that he was able to film scenes with actress Kristin Bauer, who plays Pam, because they don't work that much on the finale season.

"I really liked how we leave Eric at the end of this show. I'm very happy with it," the actor said.

The series will also wrap things up with Sam making a choice and Andy coming upon an unexpected inheritance, according to the official synopsis.

"True Blood" is set to take its final bow on Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on HBO.
