"Supernatural" Season 11 episode 10 spoilers indicate that Dean goes to Hell in order to rescue Sam. 

The 10th episode of "Supernatural" Season 11 will mark the fall finale of the show. It will come with its own share of twists and revelations, along with a lot of cliffhangers. The episode will be specifically focused on Dean, Amara, and Sam.

It was seen in the recently concluded episode that Sam was trapped in Lucifer's cage with Lucifer present inside with him. On the other hand, Amara revealed that she along with Dean are pretty much destined to be together and she went on to kiss him.

This episode was titled "O Brother, Where Art Thou?," and showed Amara trying to contact her brother God. However, her prayers fail and she tries to perform massacres to earn God's attention. She also explains to Dean that it was harmless, and she only intends to reach her brother.

Meanwhile, Dean was seen trying to stab Amara as she was trying to take away his soul. They do end up kissing as the episode nears its end.

In the fall finale, the teaser preview shows Lucifer dressed up in a Santa suit, whereas Sam and Lucifer are still trapped in the cage in Hell. They are still shown to be in Castiel, and viewers can clearly see a few letters carved on his chest. Dean can be seem searching for someone desperately.

The next episodes of "Supernatural" are expected to showcase Dean going to Hell in order to bring back Sam. Also, Amara is expected to be reunited with her long lost brother and Dean. She is also expected to come to terms with the implications of her and Dean's destiny.

"Supernatural" Season 11 Episode 10 is titled "Out of Darkness," and will air on Feb. 2, 2016.
