The NBA trade rumors heated up as it was reported that three teams are pursuing DeMarcus Cousins.
According to Sheridan Hoops, the Sacramento Kings' prized center is being pursued by the Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls and Miami Heat.

The Boston Celtics can offer their army of draft picks, specifically the Brooklyn Nets' unprotected first round pick and young players like Tyler Zeller and Kelly Olynyk.
The Miami Heat offer will focus on center Hassan Whiteside and rookie forward Justise Winslow.
As for the Chicago Bulls, they have a logjam at the frontcourt and they could send Joakim Noah's $13.4 million expiring contract and Taj Gibson, along with a young asset or draft pick but they are likely to keep Bobby Portis.
According to Chicago Bulls' fansite Pippen Ain't Easy, this might not be enough to turn the needle for the Kings considering the other teams' offers.
They believe that the only way the Bulls can gain the upper hand is to include star guard/forward Jimmy Butler. "Obviously, some of Chicago's bigs would be traded in any exchange for Cousins, but would they even be willing to add Jimmy Butler into the mix as an asset? If that is the price, then the Bulls should pull out of these talks."
If they include Jimmy Butler, the Bulls will be weak and only have DeMarcus Cousins as their star. Derrick Rose, the former MVP, has yet to return to his old, stellar self. This is why they suggest giving up on Cousins as a trade target.
Perhaps they should look within their own division. The Milwaukee Bucks have faltered early in the season despite their breakthrough last year. One main factor is their lack of defensive presence on the inside.
Greg Monroe is a quality post center who is similar, but not on the same level as Cousins. The trade package of Noah and Gibson would be enough to acquire Greg Monroe for the Bucks as they will improve their defense. If the Bulls would add a young talent, they could even ask for OJ Mayo, an extra scorer for their bench.
