14,000 Years Old 'Archaic' Red Deer Cave Bone has a History to Tell

(Photo : YouTube Screenshot) The Red Deer Cave People in China are believed to have inhabited the Earth just 14,000 years ago.
The discovery of the bone of an alleged archaic human is shaking scientific theories with regard to human evolution. The 14,000-year-old vintage thigh bone fantastically resembles that of a different human species likely to be over 70,000-years old, scientists said.
Researchers notably consider that what they have unearthed is a remain of a 'modern human' popularly referred to as China's 'Red Deer Cave people.' While admitting reluctance about its identification, archaeologists say that the bone matches the ones of the Homo habilis and early Homo erectus.

Based on its structure, scientists declared that the bone was owned by a person with small body mass of around 50 kg or less. "It's young age suggests the possibility that primitive-looking humans could have survived until very late in our evolution, but we need to be careful as it is just one bone," Professor Ji Xueping of Yunnan Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology in China said.
This thigh bone along with others and some skull portions had been located in 1989. Their name was derived from the remnants of a prehistoric deer also discovered in the same cave. The unfolding poses controversy as many scientists agree with that the youngest pre-contemporary human beings have died around than 40,000 years ago.
In a separate excavation in Longlin Cave, China, experts may have unearthed a hybrid particle between modern humans and an unidentified ancient species. Associate Professor Darren Curnoe of the University of New South Wales thinks that an overlapping among pre-modern species and modern human beings of mainland East Asia may have been found.
Cunroes revealed that even after neglecting the Maludong bones for more than decades, it has an amazing history to inform. With the mystery of the Red Deer Cave people getting more interesting, scientists now pose many questions.
