Chinese Canadian actress Eliza Sam is finally speaking up about her rumored engagement to her financial analyst boyfriend.
While details regarding her main man remains elusive, with details being limited to a first name and a few chance photographs of the couple together who have since maintained a long distance relationship, engagement rumors for the pair continue to persist.

Yet Eliza herself seems to be surprised by the allegations, stating that Joshua hasn't even proposed yet. Apparently, the couple haven't even had the opportunity to see each other, and Eliza feels it's too casual for her boyfriend to propose via video chat. "I'm still really old school," she says.
The star adds that they have only been dating for nine months and that they need more time to get to know each other. The pair apparently want to take it one step at a time. Eliza, who is currently busy filming, says that she's not just quite ready to be a housewife right now.
Unfortunatley, the couple's busy work schedules often keep them apart. But the 31-year old actress is obviously very committed to her current relationship. In 2015 alone, Eliza was seen in Limelight Years playing Tong Yan, Brick Slaves as Peggy and Under the Veil as Hung Mao.
Recently, news that the couple settled down in Hong Kong also went around, which prompted the star to ask fans and the public to give the pair some space.
