The Mountain From 'Game of Thrones' is Literally one of the Strongest Men in the World

The Mountain from "Game of Thrones" just confirmed what's been going through our minds ever since the brutal fight scene gouging out the eyes of Oberyn Martell - which is the fact that he is literally one of the strongest men in the world.

Hafþór Björnsson, more commonly known as Gregor "The Mountain" Clegane, recently won Europe's Strongest Man Competition, giving him the proclaimed title of being the Strongest Man in Europe.

The 6'9" 420+ pound behemoth native to Iceland crushed the other competitors winning four out of the six strength events including Deadlift, Forward Hold, Yoke, Loading Race, Giant Dumbbell and Atlas Stones.

The Mountain's best Strongest Man event was easily the Atlas Stones, which was the very last event of the competition sealing the deal of his win.

With a total of six stones that increase drastically in weight, The Mountain began to lift each stone as if he was moving 25-pound boxes, finishing in an astounding 26 seconds. He was the only one able to actually complete the event, let alone finish in such a fast time.

Following the sixth stone being placed on the platform and realizing he just won the Strongest Man Competition, The Mountain began to furiously howl towards the crowd while ripping his t-shirt in half with his bare hands.

In what may be the shortest (but best) interview in sports history, a reporter asked something along the lines of how he was able to finish the last event - The Mountain (still pumped full of adrenaline) replies, "I AM THE FUTURE OF STRENGTH, AS I AM THE KING OF THE STONES!"

Hopefully The Mountain didn't hack anybody in half on his way home to celebrate.
