Spotify-Like Google Music Service is Ad-Free

Google is planning to open a YouTube music subscription service just like Pandora and Spotify.
"YouTube Music Key" from Google is expected to offer ad-free music and offline access.
The 30-day trial is free and users pay US$9.99 monthly after that. The price includes both YouTube Music Key and Google Play Music Key.

Aside from the offline access, it provides background audio and music playback service.
Android Police, a dedicated Android news website, posted images showing the appearance of YouTube Music Key. It also cited that Google has more than 20 million music tracks in the service, including complete albums organized into artists' discographies.
Google created YouTubeMusicKey.com as its domain name.
Google will rebrand its Google Play Music All Access as Google Play Music Key. Google Play Music Key also has the same features as YouTube Music Key.
Reports said All Access subscribers can also access the new service automatically.
This is a good move for Google since they provide opportunities for using YouTube's powerful creation and curation model. YouTube has a huge base of music content that will supplement the library of Play Music within a reasonable price.
Google didn't comment about the service or when they will release it, however.
Google tried to purchase Spotify in 2013. The company also acquired Songza, a music streaming service in July for US$39 million.
