Adrianne Palicki will be playing Superspy Bobbi Morse in the upcoming season of Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D'.
Palicki's entry into the fifth season was first hinted at during the Comic-con in July but was only recently confirmed by Hollywood Reporter.
Marvel producers have high hopes for an overwhelming response to Palicki as she takes on the role of Mockingbird, which has always been a fan favorite.

Mockingbird was a crime-fighter who later became a secret agent and is known to be the ex-wife of Hawkeye. Hawkeye is part of "The Avengers" so people are speculating that the character might be doing a possible cameo on the show.
Palicki was first tapped to portray DC Comics' "Wonder Woman" but the planned reboot of the popular superhero flick never took off beyond the pilot episode.
Palicki, who was with the cast of "Aquaman" in 2006, will be joined in the fifth season of "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." by Lucy Lawless, who plays Isabelle Hartley; Reed Diamond as the HYDRA agent named Daniel Whitewall; Nick Blood playing the role of Lance Hunter who is a mercenary; Simon Kassianides playing the role of the loyal right-hand man named Bakshi; and Henry Simmons who will be playing the role of a SHIELD agent named Alphonso Mackenzie.
Ready yourselves for another action-packed season which premieres September 23 at 9:00 P.M. on ABC.
