Taiwanese-Australian model Hanna Quinlivan belied claims that she and boyfriend Jay Chou are engaged, much less married.

As of late, rumors have been spreading like wildfire that Jay Chou and Hannah Quinlivan have registered their marriage last May. These claims were made by Jay Chou's neighbors, stating that the two have already moved in together and have been doing their grocery shopping together.

Additionally, the superstar was said to have purchased two properties at the same luxury housing complex his mother is taking residence at. One house was said to be owned by the couple while the other one is the property of Jay Chou's mother.

To fuel the rumor, Hannah Quinlivan was spotted on a holiday with her boyfriend Jay Chou at a beach resort for the former's 21^st birthday celebration. Speculations have risen that Jay Chou proposed to Hannah during the event.

This rumor was refuted by Jay Chou's managing company, stating that his wedding wouldn't go unknown to the public and that there is a possibility that the wedding would be held in early 2015 as announced by the singer himself.

To support the claims of the company, Hannah Quinlivan belied rumors that she is already married to Jay Chou, adding that he never proposed to her on her birthday.

The model seemed disappointed by Jay Chou's lack of initiative and even added that she has received a 'practical gift' from her beau. When Hannah was asked about their wedding date, the 21-year old model claimed that she didn't know.

Additional reports say that Jay has shown his support for his girlfriend's new project by lending his heavy duty motorcycle to the production for the filming. Hannah said she has never boarded the vehicle ever.

At a recent press conference for the new Taiwanese idol drama 'Heart of Steel', the model seemed happy keeping a low profile, while obliging for snapshots with her mother who accompanied her to the event.

Reporters attempted to interview Hannah's mother, but she refused to comment and merely extended her gratitude for their concern.
