Johnny Depp and his daughter Lily-Rose are set to star in an upcoming Kevin Smith comedy entitled "Yoga Hosers". Lily-Rose is Depp's daughter by French actress Vanessa Paradis.

Smith has also cast his daughter, Harley Quinn, in the movie.

"Yoga Hosers" is the second movie in Smith's True North Trilogy. The said series was kickstarted with the first installment, "Tusk", which is set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this September.

"Tusk" revolves around an old seafarer who decides to kidnap a podcaster and attempts to magically turn him into a walrus.

In "Yoga Hosers", Smith once again turns on the quirky, surreal storytelling.

Depp and Smith's daughters will be playing the leads of the movie. The girls will take on the role of 15-year old yoga enthusiasts who decide to join Guy Lapointe, played by Depp, in his battle with an ancient evil.

And the reason for the girls' interest? They were simply bored with their after-school jobs at a convenience store.

Smith shared that he has always been asked to do another comic book flick. He stated that "Yoga Hosers" is his reply to those awaiting for an answer. This is it - but instead of yet another dude saving the day, our antiheroes are the most feared and formidable creatures man has ever encountered: two fifteen year old girls," he shared. 

The movie, which is scheduled to shoot next week, sees the return of the entire cast of "Tusk", which includes Michael Parks, Justin Long, Haley Joel Osment and Ralph Garman.

Actors joining the original "Tusk" gang in the second installement of the True North Trilogy are Natasha Lyonne, Adam Brody and Tyler Posey.

StarStream Entertainment will be producing "Yoga Hosers" with the help of Invincible Pictures, Abbolita Productions and Smith's SModcast Pictures.
