Samsung's Galaxy Grand Prime, which was released in 2014, has been game-changer in the mid-range category. The smartphone comprises a 5 inch TFT display with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and a 220 ppi density. It weighs around 156 grams.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is powered by Helio X10 MediaTek octa-core processor and a RAM of 2GB. The storage provided is 16GB internal and is not expandable. The primary camera is configured at 13 MP with a 5 MP front snapper.

Comparing the two phones, Xiaomi has come up with an exceptional gadget. Xiaomi RedMi Note 3 is superior with most of its specs when compared to the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime. Except for the brand name Samsung, Grand Prime does not even have LTE support, which rates the device low.
