Donnie Yen is the New Face of Chinese Postage Stamps

It has been announced that Hong Kong actor and martial arts expert Donnie Yen is now the newest face to be featured on China's latest collection of postage stamps.

The new postage stamps will feature China's greatest martial artists around the world.
China Post and the State Post Bureau planned out the "Famous Chinese Martial Artists" postage stamps series to pay tribute to some of China's internationally recognized martial arts figures that have greatly inspired society.
Donnie Yen, who remains one of the most successful martial artists in cinema, is hailed not only in mainland China, but also around world. He has expressed sincerest thanks to his fans, saying that he feels so humbled and honored for the recognition by the post bureau.
"They gave me a lot of pictures to choose from, but only six will be shown for the collection," Donnie said. He said he will buy some of the stamps to give away to chairy and also to save for his children.
Aside from being featured on postage stamp, Donnie recently won the Most Influential Action Star award at China's Golden Ticket Cinema Awards. The actor has already won a number of feats throughout his career including four Best Action Choreography trophies from the Hong Kong Film Awards, three Best Action Choreography trophies from Taiwan's Golden Horse Awards, and one Best Actor win from China's Huading Awards.
Donnie is now busy preparing for his upcoming film, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, a spin-off to the global hit, set in a time before the story of the 1977 Star Wars film happened.
