A killer was caught after 23 years

There was a shocking homicide case ( 6.16) happened in Taikang, Zhoukou in 1990. The killer, Huo Zhongying, killed 7 people by using a steel sword. Besides, there were 3 kids and none of them was older than 10 years old. After 23 years, he was finally caught by polices recently.

In May, 1990, Huo Junli, his sister who engaged with one man, married secretly with another man who named Zhang Yundong. For this reason, these two families dislike each other. On June 16th, Huo Zhongying and two brother of him found and discussed with Zhang Yundong and his uncle. In the chaos, Huo Zhongying pulled out a steel sword from his bike and killed Zhang Yundong and his uncle. Then he went back to the village and killed his 3 children, his father and his another uncle.
The second day, the polices caught Huo Zhongying's two brothers and they were given 15 years and 7 years separately. But Huo Zhongying escaped. Polices are keep finding and researching.
Finally at the end of June this year, the police got one important clue: before Huo Zhongying escaped, he had a daughter name Xiaohui. Now Xiaohui is working in Zhejiang with her husband. Polices found out that there's a boy named Li Fei always go to Zhejiang to visit her.
After the police knew that, they found Li Fei and then found another woman who was Huo Zhongying's wife. And the man who lives with Zhang Li was found and was recognized as Huo Zhongying.
At 11 am on July 17th, Huo Zhongying is driving a truck and was caught by polices. As he said, he worked in a cement factory and never talked with others.
