When police were called to handle the situation, Ray J allegedly refused to leave the bar and became even more rowdly. Arresting officers said the 33-year old singer used his feet to destroy the window of a patrol car, and continued to dsiplay rude behavior while in custody.
Ray J did not appear in court during his indictment and was only represented by his legal counsel. If convicted on all four counts, he faces four years in jail. Preliminary hearing of the case is set on August 28.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles Police Department is also investigating another misdemeanor involving the singer. This month, Ray J was flagged down by police for texting while driving. He told police that he was having trouble connecting the Bluetooth headset of his phone.
The officers let Ray J go but gave him a warning and took pictures of him being accosted.
Ray J once figured in a sex tape scandal with Kim Kardashian.
