After news broke out that the mother of Taiwanese pop star Jolin Tsai was praying for her daughter's love life, the singer was said to have responded to the media reports during an event the star has attended last August 18.

On previous reports, Jolin Tsai's mother was said to have gone to a fox fairy temple in order to pray for her daughter's smooth love life. The Taiwanese singer thought her mother actions funny and claimed that her fox fairies were her fans.

The 33-year old singer has been dating her Eurasian boyfriend, Vivian Dawson, for five years now and things seem to be going well for the couple. Others have speculated that the credit goes to Jolin Tsai's mother who fervently prays for her to have a good love life and career.

A representative at the temple that Jolin Tsai's mother visited said that there were a lot of celebrities' mothers coming to the temple to offer prayers for their children.

Jolin Tsai and Vivan Dawson had been photographed on dates recently and the public says that the two people appear to be very much in love with each other.

In the past, Jolin Tsai claimed to have prayed to the 'God of Marriage' before she became a celebrity, however, she claimed that she has stopped praying for a good relationship when she entered the show business.

Jolin Tsai has also added that her career is running smoothly and that she doesn't really wish for anything special regarding her love life. The actress seems to be the only one not affected of the string of news about marriage.

Jay Chou, who was Jolin Tsai's former boyfriend, has also been embroiled in many media reports regarding his impending marriage to his 21-year old girlfriend Hannah Quinlivan. It was something Jolin Tsai didn't have any reaction to.

According to reports, Jolin Tsai is in a very stable relationship with her foreign boyfriend Vivian Dawson and though they have been seeing each other for almost five years, the actress said she doesn't have any plan to get married soon.
