Open-air BBQ in Shanghai with sunshine: come and feel the high temperature

Recently, a searing heat wave has occupied almost half of China. The heat wave grills everything wherever it goes without mercy. Comparing with beef, shrimp cooks quickly. Shrimps harden after being laid on the marble platform for about six minutes. Around 13 minutes, the fresh shrimps have whitened with a delicious seafood-fragrant smell. Again, the journalist tastes a shrimp. Wow, amazing!
