"That deal is very imminent and it could happen at any time now," Moss said. "It's a massive deal and it's going to set him up for life. It's one that he can't refuse.
"There's a mandate from the Chinese government to win the World Cup within 24 years, so at all levels of the game they're throwing money at it."
Sainsbury started his professional career with the Gosford based club Central Coast Mariners that participates in the Australia's premier competition, the A-League
In 2014 the 24-year-old Australian footballer moved to a Dutch football side PEC Zwolle that competes in the highest echelon of professional football in the Netherlands, the Eredivisie.
Sainsbury was a member of the Australia team that won the 2015 AFC Asian Cup that was held in Australia. He has made over ten appearances for the Socceroos.
Jiangsu Suning has been very busy in the transfer market and seems to be prepared to spend lots of money. The well heeled football side currently competes in the Chinese Super League, the highest tier in professional football in China and finished ninth in the 2015 season campaign under former Genoa defender Dan Petrescu.
In the recent developments, Jiangsu Suning agreed to a $15 million deal to sign AC Milan striker Luiz Adriano, only for the move to break down in the last minute.
The wealthy outfit has also been associated with astonishing offers for Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure, Roma's Ivorian striker Gervinho and Inter Milan's midfielder Fredy Guarin.
