There are speculations developing lately that Inter Milan striker and team captain Mauro Icardi is close to being sold by the Italian Serie A giants after a recent falling out with head coach Roberto Mancini.
And with the winter transfer window now already closed, it was rumored that the promising 22-year-old Argentine forward is set to leave San Siro at the end of the season this summer.

A report from Football Italia said that I Nerazzurri will allow Icardi to move elsewhere for a fee of €25 million this January if there are any buyers "after falling out of favor with Roberto Mancini".
Icardi, a resident starting striker for Mancini, came off the bench during Inter's humiliating 0-3 loss to AC Milan in a Serie A derby at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza on Sunday.
The worst part was when he failed to score on a penalty kick six minutes after he entered the game late in the second half. Inter was trailing Milan 1-0 during the time of Icardi's blunder and the team went on losing the game scoreless against their stadium rivals.
The report cited Sport Mediaset as the source of the fall out rumor, saying that "the striker being dropped to the bench for such an important match underlines his failing relationship with Mancini, who publically criticized him after the draw with Carpi last week".
Internazionale is currently on a downward spiral in the current Serie A league standings, being winless in five of their last six matches.
La Beneamata was an erstwhile league leader this season until their recent struggles dropped them to fifth place in the league table, nine points behind current league leaders Napoli, and much has been blamed on the recent poor performances of Icardi.
English Premier League clubs Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester City were all rumored to be interested in the 5-foot-11 Rosario, Argentina native, but no official bids were made during the winter window.
It remains to be seen where this saga is headed as the season nears its end.
