The United States commanded Russia to pull out the Ukraine aid convoy sent to eastern Ukraine without permission from Kiev on Friday. More sanctions would cost Moscow if they contravene, Reuters reported.
U.S. Deputy national security adviser Ben Rhodes said that the U.S. strongly condemned the flagrant violation of the Russian convoy, saying Moscow’s action was against Ukraine’s sovereignty.

The entry of the trucks without Ukraine’s permission violated the international law, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko declared.
However, Russia defended their movement quoting there is no clear chain of command in Ukraine’s government and they abhorred Kiev’s scheme in delaying the aid, Russia's UN ambassador Vitaly Churkin said.
NATO's top military commander believed that the movement of trucks is a cover up to support pro- Russian separatists. Still, Russia denied the allegation.
Some reports had indicated that Russian troops might take actions against the Kiev if they attempt to disrupt the convoy, insisting that it was purely humanitarian.
Ukraine's state security chief Valentyn Nalivaychenk said the move amounted to Russia’s direct invasion to Kiev’s territory. But their forces would allow them to pass and not use force to avoid provocations.
According to some sources, the Kiev called on international allies to unite in a conclusive condemnation against Russia’s illegal and aggressive actions.
Russian President Vladimir Putin told German Chancellor Angela Merkel saying Russian forces have no intention to breach international law and explained that they could no longer wait for Kiev’s green light to help the victims.
Meanwhile, Merkel spoke to President Poroshenko expressing her great concern to the victims of war and praising the Ukrainians for a cautious response towards the conflict.
Some reports confirmed that Merkel is also calling for a speedy ceasefire on both parties.
