The 2017 Honda Ridgeline debuted at the Chicago Auto Show on Feb. 11. The second generation model received some major accessory upgrades. While most of these upgrades are interesting, some might elicit negative reactions.
One of the major optional upgrade available for the 2017 Ridgeline is the 18-inch Black Glint alloy wheels with an all-terrain Yokohama tire. The black fender flares also compliments the wheel and tire combination.

The new 2017 Honda Ridgeline sports new cross bars, black roof rails, fender flares, a new skid plate, running boards and a hard tonneau cover. Most of these upgrades point to a probable off-road model.
The roof rails and cross bars are fit for carrying bikes, kayaks and similar equipment. On the other hand, the die-cast running boards are most likely there in order to help ease up ingress and egress.
Some auto experts said that the Ridgeline's ground clearance might be a bit low if Honda decides to release it as an off-road pickup. Although some critics claim that the Ridgeline's skid plate are good enough to protect the truck's underbelly.
The 2017 Honda Ridgeline has a Honda Genuine Accessory towing kit fitted with a 2-inch ball mount. This should allow the truck to drag 5,000 pounds at least.
The inside of the 2017 Honda Ridgeline is somewhat similar to the layout of the Honda Pilot, both feature a large center touchscreen which controls the infotainment system and the volume controls. Compared to its predecessor, the new Honda Ridgeline has better bolstered seats.
Honda is yet to release the official price of the 2017 Ridgeline. The truck's official specs list is also expected to be released within the next couple of months.
Honda is reported to be planning to release the 2017 Ridgeline sometime this spring. The Japanese company is yet to confirm the official price of the truck.
