A businessman in Eastern China took it to himself to find a woman for his divorced son in a very public advertisement.
Chen Jinrong, 67, owns a rubber factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang province and is looking for a female manager to help his son manage their business, but the job description has one more responsibility-she has to marry Chen's son.

Chen's son, 38-year-old Chen Diyang, has been managing his father's business for years. He stayed as a single man ten years after his divorce to care for his daughter. Zhejiang Online quoted the father-cum-matchmaker as saying that although his son is a good manager, lack of education and computer and social skills are holding him back.
"I have watched my granddaughter grow up in the past ten years, but my son seems to have never matured and he doesn't take the initiative in anything," Chen said.
Chen posted the strange ad in a job fair on March 8.
"Female boss needed for rubber factory. Must be 38 years of age or under. Junior high school graduate or above. Can be divorced or have children. Hard-working, possesses computer and management skills," part of the advertisement read.
Chen added that he is looking for a woman who can take care of their rubber business and his son. He will accept if the applicant has a child of her own.
But the younger Chen is not too keen on marrying the successful applicant.
"I know my father is doing this for my own good, but marriage is more about finding the person I like," Chen Diyang said.
