Justin Bieber is on the sidelines, literally on the side. He was caught on camera by the TMZ crew as he took his Can-Am Spyder on the roads of Beverly Hills.

Traffic jam got a little bit congested so he decided to drive his ride on the sidewalk and he almost hit an elderly woman.

What he did was illegal but since there were no cops present in the area, he maneuvered smoothly to avoid traffic. But when he hit the intersection, an elderly woman with a walker was almost hit by Bieb's four-wheeler Can-Am.  

Bieber however did not mind this. Instead, he sped back on the main road again, unmindful of the captured photos and video to prove his negligence of the law. He hasn't released any explanation yet regarding this incident.

The Beverly Hills Police Department received word about this and they released a statement regarding the incident.  The statement says, Bieber's reckless driving is a vehicle code violation, specifically an infraction.

The spokesperson for the police department said, they are highly encouraging Bieber to stay off the sidewalk and remain on the road. What he has done was incredibly unsafe and has put other people's life in danger.

After the incident, Bieber was captured on video, listening to his music, with his head bobbing around while waiting for the traffic light to turn green.

The 20-year old singer is not supposed to violate any laws since he is still on probation after an egging incident.

Bieber has also been linked to the border guard in Canada who was fired after allegedly taking bribe from the entourage of the singer.
