Among the matches, Ultimate Fighter China winner Lipeng Zhang defeated Ultimate Fighter 'The Smashes' winner Brendan O'Reilly via unanimous decision.
The co-main event featured ranked 10 Korean fighter Dong Hyun Kim, against ranked four Tyron Woodley.
Woodley caught "Stun Gun" Kim with an overhand right as the Korean was coming in with a spinning back fist.
He followed Kim to the ground and rained down ground and pound in the latter's guard, until the referee stepped in and stopped the bout in just 1:04.
For the main event, Ultimate Fighter season three winner Michael "The Count" Bisping took on former Strikeforce Middleweight champion Cung Le from Vietnam.
During the five-round fight, the action shifted back and forth as both fighters traded blows.
As the fight wore on, Bisping seemed to be getting the better of the exchanges as made evident by the visible wounds on Le's face which he revealed after the fight, hindered him from seeing and defending intelligently.
After a long flurry in the fourth consisting of punches and kicks, Bisping pinned Le to the octagon and knocked him down with a knee that landed flush on the chin. The referee stopped the bout in the fourth.
The UFC doled out a total of US $200,000 in awards bonuses.
Bisping and Woodley took home an additional US $50,000 for notable performances of the night.
Japanese fighter Yuta Sasaki and Brazilian Alberto Mina each received US $50,000 for their efforts. Both fighters won their preliminary bouts.
