Six foreigners conflict with street vendors and spray unknown liquid to people

July 31th, the police received a report that some people were fighting in front of a café. Then police went there and brought 6 foreigners and 15 Chinese back.

According to police, a foreigner quarreled with a street vendor because the path was narrow. Then they started a conflict due to different language barrier. The foreigner hide in the café which is located right besides the position of the street vendor and the street vendor stood in front of café and kept asking for apologize. The foreign host of café saw so many people standing in front of his café, so the host sprayed unknown liquid to them. 15 Chinese felt uncomfortable in their mouths and noses.
In the police station, both sides pointed out that they wanted to compromise. According to official process and rules, they all apologized for their unsuitable actions and the foreigner who sprayed tear gas to people will pay every Chinese who feel uncomfortable 1000 RMB and pay every Chinese who feel pain 2000 RMB.
