July 31^st, Sina Weibo published the newest version Weibo 3.6.0 and received a positive feedback. The version is described by its users as "the best version of Weibo" so far. Besides, there are 20 million downloads in one week and made a new record. 12 million downloads are from android devices and 8 million downloads are from iOS devices.

It is worth to mention that 3 million people download through 360 Mobile Assistant in 4 days. And the number is up to 0.9 million per day.

Among all the users, iphone 4/4s, iphone 5, Galaxy S3, Galaxy Note 2, Xiaomi 2 are the most used.

The new version of Weibo uses notecard style, which can highlight " Forward, Comment and Like". Also the version increases a special and dependent profile page. According to the data revealed by Sina.com, the rate of "Forward" increases 34%, the rate of "Like" increases 94% and the amount of visitors for average profile pages increases 45% after the new version was published.

From the version 3.4.0 to version 4.6.0, there's a change in post functions and searching functions. Besides, users can updated multiple images at the same time and the profile becomes outstanding.

According to the employees of Sina, other changes is in process and Weibo will getting better and better.
