As she deals with the recovering process for her drug addiction, Lindsay Lohan has been keeping drama levels high at nightclubs both in New York and London.

An eyewitness claimed that the actress "threw a fit" last Thursday when requested to give up a prime table.

"Lohan got upset, so she stormed out after Future performed," the source said.

Future did a set for the birthday celebration of Adam Spoont, managing director for The Metric, known for its hospitality ventures such as The Wayfarer, Gilded Lily, and The Monarch Room.  

The actress also failed at the Ice Bucket Challenge at Up & Down in the Big Apple last Monday as she performed the famous trend with nobody capturing it on video. 

Last Saturday, Lohan caused some drama as well in a totally different country. The former child star, who is expected to be featured again in David Mamet's production of "Speed-the-Plow", was extremely upset after her credit card was rejected at Southampton's 10ak.

Lohan had been trying to pay the bill for her table along with bottles of vodka worth $2,500 when her card had been declined.

According to an eyewitness, the actress "freaked out" after the card was rejected while her friends and other people in her crowd had to pay up to cover the bill.

Lohan was also at the center of controversy when she was spotted in London's lavish Chiltern Firehouse last June, arguing with British supermodel Kate Moss. The nightclub/restaurant has attracted famous personalities over the past months, including Bill Clinton, Orlando Bloom, and Bradley Cooper.

Aside from the upcoming Hollywood satire "Speed-the-Plow", the 28-year-old actress has been working on a docuseries for the OWN network, although her last major project had been "Mean Girls" in 2004.

Since then, with less emphasis on her film career, Lohan has been associated with a wide range of issues, including her partying, arrests, rehab stints, and alleged sex partners, among others.
