Are Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie really heading for divorce this time?

While there have been no official statements yet from the couple relative to the unending divorce rumors being thrown at them, a recent report claimed that the "World War Z" actor and "Lara Croft: Tomb Raider" actress are actually heading towards opposite directions.

According to a report by In Touch Weekly, a close pal of the 52-year-old actor disclosed that while he was filming his new movie in Los Angeles in February, he reportedly planned to file for divorce. This was also the time when the 40-year-old actress was directing "First They Killed My Father" in Cambodia.  

"[Brad's] ready to move on to the second phase of his life - and that no longer includes Angelina," the source reportedly shared with the news outlet. "They're done."

Amid speculations of their impending divorce, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have reportedly agreed to stay civil, and this includes spending holidays and special occasions together with their six children.

The A-list couple, who are parents to 14-year-old Maddox, 12-year-old Pax, 11-year-old Zahara, nine-year-old Shiloh and seven-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.

In the meantime, the unnamed insider noted that the divorce of the famous Hollywood artists may no longer surprise their children considering that they have been allegedly "living separate lives" for quite a while now.

Therefore, the source pointed out, the divorce would allegedly just make the separation of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie official.

It can be recalled that the duo's romance started when they both starred in "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" in 2005.
