Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian seem to be struggling in the beauty department as Hillair accuses them of not properly endorsing their own brand. The sisters are now facing yet another lawsuit for their 'Kardashian Beauty' makeup line. The lawsuit was filed on March 21, 2016 in Los Angeles.

Back in 2012, the famous reality sisters partnered with Boldface and launched a promising makeup collection called 'Kardashian Khroma.' However, they changed the name and called it 'Kardashian Beauty,' after a company called Lee Tillet sued them claiming that the name "Khroma" was creating confusion with its brand.

Although the case was resolved, Boldface was struggling financially. Hillair Capital Management then decided to step in and buy the company in 2014 to help save the Kardashians' makeup line. According to TMZ, the company put $10 million into the business to become a joint owner.

However, the makeup line continued to fail and Hillair claims this is due to the fact that the 'Keeping Up With the Kardashian' stars refuse to promote their own brand. The investment firm reportedly agreed to put money in the Kardashians' makeup line to carry on the distribution of the products, as long as the Kardashians continue to endorse, market, promote and of course, support the brand.

Hillair says they have kept their end of the bargain up, while Kim, Kourtney and Khloe, are pursuing other investors to buy out Hillair's shares instead of promoting and marketing the line

Not only is Hillair looking to regain the $10 million it invested into 'Kardashian Beauty' but also their lost profits which, according to them, amounts to up to $180 million.
