Hong Kong superstar Aaron Kwok says he has made it his mission in life to develop his physique through training and full workouts.
For the last twenty years, Aaron claimed that since he began working out to develop his body, he has never missed a day of workout. He said that he had started doing so 20 years ago and it has been an interest he had ever since.

"I have high expectations of myself," the singer-actor said in an interview recently.
According to the 48-year old star, it is important for entertainers like him to show their best side to the public and he also pointed out that staying in shape was a way to do it.
It wasn't a surprise that Aaron Kwok has been endorsing the same fitness gym for 12 years now as his goal is staying consistently fit. The singer-actor stated that he considers staying in shape a duty and that being an endorser for the fitness center had been his driving force, according to media reports.
On previous reports, Aaron Kwok shared that he made a habit of waking up early in the morning to go jogging every day. Despite being in the middle of a hectic schedule, he still goes for his early morning jogs.
Additionally, whenever he has performances coming, he would undergo even more intense workout sessions and even stricter diets.
Other than quite a rigorous workout routine, Aaron Kwok also said that he strictly limits his diet to fruits, veggies, lean proteins and soda. According to the artist, it had been what he was doing for the past years to maintain the kind of physique he has.
The star has just recently finished filming an advertisement for the fitness center he was endorsing, once more, showing the outcome of his personal workout routine.
