Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach has finally spoken! Yes, she is dating the "Sexiest Doctor Alive."

In an interview with Extra, one of Hollywood's entertainment shows, the 26-year-old beauty queen from the Philippines admitted that they are indeed dating.

"I'm dating," she revealed when asked if there is already a "Mr. Universe" in her life right now.

Prior to commenting about the real status of her relationship with People's "Sexiest Doctor Alive," he already made an announcement through Wonderwall.

"I am dating Pia," he disclosed. "It's a fairly new relationship but I'm really excited to see where it can go!"

It can be recalled that dating rumors started to swirl when several photos of them during a gathering in New York City were posted online.

"She says she wanted to be a doctor until she realized she's deathly afraid of the sight of blood, so she decided to win #MissUniverse instead. #touché #welldone #stoneheartday @piawurtzbach," Doctor Mikhail Varshavski captioned a photo with Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach which he posted on Instagram.

The said snap taken during a dinner at New York's Balvanera restaurant was then followed by the Filipina's Twitter post which further fueled speculations that they are indeed dating.

"Zombies after boxing @RealDoctorMike," she described their most recent photo after spending some time together in the gym.

Before this admission, though, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach denied anything romantic was already going on between them, according to Entertainment Online.

While holding her sash, the beauty tilt winner from Iligan, Philippines declared that "There's no specific someone in my life.

She noted that her duties after winning the crown were her focus.

 "This is the specific someone," the beauty titlist stated. "This is the priority."
