While some fans are celebrating this leaked cameo information, there were reportedly others who wished to see Grant Gustin instead, who is also currently playing the role of the hero in CW's series "The Flash."
On the other hand, an explanation has been released by director Zack Snyder with regards to casting a different actor for the movie.
"I just don't think it was a good fit," he said according to TV Guide.
"I'm very strict with this universe and I just don't see a version where [Gustin's The Flash would work]. That [tone is] not our world," the statement continued.
"Even if Grant Gustin is my favorite guy in the world and he's very good, we made a commitment to the multi-verse [idea], so it's just not a thing that's possible," Snyder added.
In contrast to "The Flash" series that has showed family relationships and comedic material, the movie "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" focus more on the characters' strength and darkness.
It was reported that aside from Lex Luther and Doomsday, there are more enemies to appear in the movie.
A spoiler was revealed based on an apocalyptic scene of the flying creatures called Parademons, which are the minions of a villain named Darkseid. He is a ruler of many planets including his own called Apokolips and wanted to rule the whole universe, via the reads on Tech Insider.
This villain possesses a power called Omega Effect that lets him vaporize any object, person, and even a superhero. Not only that, he can also transport anything through time and space.
There's more to anticipate in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" story which has already hit the theaters.
