T-Mobile is slashing its iPhone prices before the release of the new iPhone 6 in September.
On Wednesday, T-Mobile dropped the price of its all versions of iPhone 5S by US$48.
The full-price of an iPhone 5S without the contract for 16 GB is now US$600. The 32 GB version costs US$700 while the 64 GB model is now only US$800.

The Washington-based wireless company offers the same pricing scheme for its iPhone 5C 16 GB model, which costs only US$500 without contract with a US$50 discount.
The 32 GB iPhone 5C model has US$48 discount and now selling at US$600 without contract.
T-Mobile didn't clarify whether the price cut is permanent or temporary but dubs the discounts a "sale."
TmoNews, the premiere T-Mobile news and rumor site on the Internet, claimed the discounts will be available on legacy iPhone models still in stock at some stores.
In June, T-Mobile announced a deal to allow people try out an iPhone 5S under the carrier's network for seven days before availing the mobile phone.
The price cut may be about depleting the company's current stock of the devices prior to the release of the iPhone 6.
Furthermore, there have been other retailers like Walmart that chopped the prices of their iPhone 5S and 5C to give way to the new version.
